    Integrated Marketing and Programs Manager Europe

    As the Integrated Marketing and Programs Manager Europe you will be part of the Global Marketing team for the IDEXX Companion Animal Group (CAG) and take on Integrated Marketing and Programs responsibilities within the Regional Marketing and Customer Programs team.

    The Companion Animal Group (CAG), provides diagnostic capabilities that meet veterinarians’ diverse needs through a variety of modalities, including in-clinic diagnostic solutions and outside reference laboratory services. The Integrated Marketing and Programs Manager will report into the Regional Marketing and Programs team, which is in charge of developing and executing regional marketing plans, programs, pricing and tools aligned with global strategies and in close partnership with commercial teams.

    As the Integrated Marketing and Programs manager you will be responsible for:

    Marketing programs & promotions management for several product categories and/or functional program areas
    Planning, implementing and monitoring marketing programs & promotions with a regional scope ensuring these are in line with organizational strategies and contribute to achieving our goals
    Closely collaborate and align with key stakeholders in the matrix – including finance, legal and compliance, IT, commercial, sales training and global & regional marketing – to ensure commercial offers are in line with ROI and legal expectations and rolled out effectively in the regions
    Define and present program & promotion proposals to regional and global senior executives
    Manage and escalate critical issues related to programs and promotions
    Train and coach marketers when rolling out new marketing programs & promotions in the region
    Support the development and management of our programs policies and procedures across Europe

    Skills and Abilities that will help you navigate in this role:

    You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
    You have strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Any other European language is a plus.
    Preferably 5+ years in a similar Marketing management role
    Ability to develop and implement strategic programs
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills required
    Cultural sensitivity a must as the job involves working with an international team
    Proven ability to work-in and lead with influence project teams which are highly matrixed, cross functional and technical.
    Demonstrated marketing and product management skills (segmentation, product positioning, pricing, distribution, forecasting and promotion, etc.)
    Strong technical and market knowledge
    Strong analytical and business case modeling expertise required
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate and resolve issues
    Ability to prioritize, maintain focus, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    Ability to manage strategy and details concurrently
    Strong/advanced presentation skills; ability to present and explain product information to all audiences
    Good financial acumen and budget management skills
    Proficiency in MS office applications–with strong/advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database software
    Open to travel up to 20% on yearly basis (after COVID restrictions are removed)
