    Instructional Designer

    As an Instructional Designer, you will get to collaborate with subject matter experts, developing instructional material, coordinating educational content, evaluating current content, and facilitating programs. The candidate should have shown experience in designing operational process training solutions. This role will work collaboratively with SMEs in designing and developing solutions for various learners. The candidate will be part of the L&D team supporting partners around the globe and assisting with incorporating business initiatives into training strategy. Some travel may be required.

    Who you are:

    • You have knowledge of eLearning software such as Captivate, Storyline, Photoshop, etc.
    • Possess instructional design capabilities for instructor-led, eLearning, video, micro, and blended programs
    • Have 3-6 years’ experience designing eLearning and instructor-led instructional materials
    • Possess excellent grammar and writing proficiency
    • Possess the ability to learn multiple systems and processes quickly
    • You have strong organizational skills and some facilitation ability
    • Your strong relationship-building skills help you build value with agents, team members, and internal partners
    • You possess excellent social skills, especially written and oral communication skills
    • Demonstrated record of applying principles of adult learning theories, and various instructional design approaches and processes to the content
    • Experience with travel systems, travel industry a plus
    • Proven record of identifying needs, analyzing and logically prioritizing complicated information, and coordinating that into expertly crafted engaging and effective training materials
    • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple, sophisticated projects; strong project management; strong ability to continually prioritize changing projects tasks/results
    • Experience with accounts payable/accounts receivable payment operations preferred

    • Build and prioritize multiple partnerships and relationships
    • Ensure the overall integrity of the design
    • Develop a Job Task Analysis
    • Communicate optimally with partners
    • Facilitate curriculum in a professional manner
    • Demonstrate good judgment and proactive problem-solving methods
    • Demonstrate effective program management including, maintaining schedules and identifying and communicating risks early
