Installed Base Configuration Manager - Customer Support
Within the sector Customer Support (CS) the CS Program Management & CS Program Management Office department is responsible for driving a portfolio of Non-Product-related structural improvements as well as providing Program Management Office (PMO) support for both, Product and non-Product related improvements.
The CS Installed Base Configuration Manager uses the global network of Configuration As Maintained (CAM) teams to drive full transparency of the configuration of ASML machines at customer sites.
Monitors and reports performance of CAM process/ tools and identifies areas for improvement and consolidates learnings and drives follow-up with configuration management project and Regional CAM teams
Manages and balances the global CAM workload between the regions
Supports CAM Project Lead coordinator with process, people and tools issues in the different regions
Shaping a vision, collaborating with regional CAM teams and Project Team and driving improvement programs to deliver solutions
Agrees together with peers on effective standardized way of working for CAM in all regions
Minimum Bachelor's degree (e.g. Industrial Engineering and Management Science, Business Administration or Engineering).
Preferably around 8 years of experience in a domain relevant for this position
Hands-on knowledge of SAP
Experience with Lean principles
Strong communication skills
