As part of our continuous growth and the expansion of our European operations, we are looking for an Inside Sales Manager (Europe) working in our Companion Animal Group (CAG). As Inside Sales Manager, in partnership with Country Managers and local leaders you will help to coordinate the activities of in-country Inside Sales Account Managers to build high-performing teams, driving organizational goals/priorities and evolve the Inside Sales Organization to the Gold Standards. This exciting & important new role will help to initially create an assessment of the current Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) function & help to implement the road map for the future capabilities of the ISAM team in Europe.

ISR Europe teams work to equip veterinary clinics with the tests and tools they need to help keep pets happy and healthy.

    In this role:

    You will contribute to the development of Europe ISAM strategy, operating policies, procedures and incorporate other improvements based on evaluation of existing procedures and business needs.
    You’ll develop, monitor, track and report out on goals related Inside Sales Representative performance metrics (e.g. calls made or received, average handle time & service level).
    A key part of the role will be to support the achievement of the main European objectives: instrument lead generation and Rapid Assay sales.
    You’ll contribute to the development and priorities of product and process training to Inside Sales employees.
    You’ll build high-performing teams aligned with IDEXX success profiles & help to evolve the Inside Sales team’s capabilities.

    What will you need to succeed:

    You naturally have a growth and strategic mindset & you love to focus on the big picture
    Change management is a key strength of yours, particularly being able to influence without authority.
    You love to collaborate with a range of stakeholders, this is essential due to working on a variety of projects – it’s essential your strengths lie with influencing, planning & coordinating.
    Whilst leading & influencing without authority, you have strong supervisory skills and have the ability to give developmental feedback in a coaching environment – this could be with remote & multi-site teams.
    Organization, time management & the ability to prioritize are fundamental foundations to the success of this position moving forward.
    You’re a natural communicator; with an inspirational style of working – you enjoy working with people and have the ability to build instant rapport.
    You’re happy & flexible to travel to work with your European stakeholders; with potential for future mobility.
