We are looking for a high-potential and ambitious professional to join our team as an Innovation Project manager. You’ll be working in Programs – the innovation advisory arm of TNW. You'll make sure we deliver our many kickass innovation programs, thereby exciting our partners, startups, and other stakeholders in the tech ecosystem!

TNW Programs is the team building bridges between corporates, governments, and the tech ecosystem. We develop innovation programs (e.g. Tech5, Vodafone IoT Challenge) that connect corporates with exciting startups and talent to boost their innovation power. We also help governments worldwide attract great businesses to their own ecosystems.
We work with leading companies like Adyen, ABN AMRO, Deloitte, Rabobank, Accenture, Nestlé, and Heineken. Our government clients include South Korea, Thailand, Amsterdam, Barcelona, and more. You'll work in a dedicated and fast-growing team of 20+, with strong support from the broader TNW organisation of 85 people working across media, partnerships, events, and spaces.
Take end-responsibility for different open innovation projects and manage them start to finish
Facilitate workshops with partners to define innovation challenges and collaborations
Scout for and analyse the key solutions for the challenges we're trying to tackle
Coach the research analysts and scouts to deliver the best results over and over again
Match startups to specific innovation challenges of corporate partners
Initiate the development of new products, programs and process improvements to add to the fast team growth of programs and manage these initiatives accordingly
You are fluent in both Dutch & English
You've 2-5 years experience in the field of innovation or project management
You’re passionate about startups, innovation, and you have a commercial and value-driven mindset
You're a team player and you have an aura of positive energy around you
You have great research skills and can process large amounts of information
Good understanding of (recent) developments in tech and startups, understand the role of corporate brands in the tech scene, know the tech community well and have preferably worked in tech yourself
You are a project hero. Meaning you are a self-starter and love to oversee and manage programs to achieve the best results every time again.
You have great communication and stakeholder management skills which help you level with all different corporate and startup stakeholders involved in our programs.
You're eligible to work in The Netherlands (unfortunately TNW cannot sponsor visas)
