Optimize transport planning in the most efficient way for customer and stakeholders
Ensure correct estimates in transport planning system
Maintain proper and accurate administration;
Meet on time delivery (OTD) requirements and follow on discrepancies with suppliers and Customer Service
Stakeholder management; adequately and proactively inform Customer, Customer Service departments, Global Service Centers and suppliers
We are looking for
Have 2 years or more experience in a similar intermodal position. However, experience in container business or a combination of talent and proven portfolio will also count as qualifier.
Are resistant to stress
Understand process thinking and operational processes
Are result oriented and have a strong sense of urgency
Are able to identify weak spots and proactively engage in analysis and solutions
Have the ability to timely and proactively communicate internally and externally to relevant stakeholders
Secure that all activities within the Intermodal Rail/Barge department are handled in a proper and timely manner
Be a value adding team player
Have an excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language
Knowledge of the German language is considered as a preference.
