    Key responsibilities

    • Optimize transport planning in the most efficient way for customer and stakeholders
    • Ensure correct estimates in transport planning system
    • Maintain proper and accurate administration;
    • Meet on time delivery (OTD) requirements and follow on discrepancies with suppliers and Customer Service
    • Stakeholder management; adequately and proactively inform Customer, Customer Service departments, Global Service Centers and suppliers

    We are looking for

    • Have 2 years or more experience in a similar intermodal position. However, experience in container business or a combination of talent and proven portfolio will also count as qualifier.
    • Are resistant to stress
    • Understand process thinking and operational processes
    • Are result oriented and have a strong sense of urgency
    • Are able to identify weak spots and proactively engage in analysis and solutions
    • Have the ability to timely and proactively communicate internally and externally to relevant stakeholders
    • Secure that all activities within the Intermodal Rail/Barge department are handled in a proper and timely manner
    • Be a value adding team player
    • Have an excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language
    • Knowledge of the German language is considered as a preference.
