    At our warehouse location Enschede we are looking for a new colleague to join our team as Import/Export Coordinator.

    In this part time position (32 hours p/w) you will be part of our Logistics & Distribution team responsible for all transport documentation, certificates, and declarations.You will manage a wide variety of Import/Export/Customs activities including creation of Export documentation, handling import paperwork and correct registration. Together with your colleagues, Import/Export Specialists you will plan and control daily and weekly labour to priorities and deadlines.

    How will you do it

    • Responsible for creation & follow up of Customs and Export documentation.
    • Manage efficient paper – and information flow within the logistics administration.
    • Sent import paperwork and instructions to agents/forwarders.
    • Trade compliance: check if shipments are within Tyco’s policies / export controls (screening shipments).
    • Manage internal (all departments) as well as external contacts (sales, forwarders, customs, chamber of commerce)
    • Participate in multidisciplinary projects.
    • Responsible for job-related records.
    • Invoice control.
    • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.


    What we look for

    • MBO level with 2+ years practical hands-on administrative experience from a logistic environment.
    • As we are integrating different ways of working and systems, flexibility in different types of admin work is needed. This can be export specific but can also be more generic.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft office. Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SAP are very preferable.
    • Good practical skills in combination with a can-do mentality. You get things done and are always on the look out to improve things.
    • Fluency in Dutch and English, written and verbal.
    • Core skills: getting things done, ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure in a hectic environment and accountability.
    • Availability: 32 hours per week split preferably in 4 or 5 days.
