    About the opportunity
    As part of the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) service, we need to direct the Internal ILS change management process. Any change requests or proposals need to be processed. Current backlog of ECR/ECP is a growing number year by year, and the volume of activities for the ILS department has increased dramatically. The Change Management/ILS Engineer sets the requirements on the ILS Process for every ECR/ECP in the backlog. This is done by participating in the Design Build & Support Teams that assist in the processing of the CM process and creating the Fokker Impact Analysis Document (FIAD). You participate in the Technical Solution Meeting (TSM) and creates the MSR.

    You take the lead and inform the various other ILS disciplines in what change is to be incorporated. Based on the FIAD content a planning is realized. You followi up progress in the LSA process/MSG-3 analysis (update). You discusses based on the FIAD and content the changes with the ILS Tech Pub lead. Together they determine the information required for the Tech Pub Manager to start his internal process. Source data (ECP content + orthographic engineering drawings, The engineering data base general aircraft technical documentation and CAD 3D model information, is provided to the IPD Engineers as such they can plan to incorporate Class 2 ECP into their Database. In case an SB is deemed required to inform the fleet, the Engineer takes the lead to have this SB created (Written). An SB author is available to the engineer to physically create the SB. Where applicable, the creation of the DAR/AMP is also the responsibility of the CM/ILS Engineer.
    Your responsibilities & qualifications

    You provide an ILS focal point for the NH90 change management process.

    You provide activities that need to be directed and progress reported to ensure that ILS deliveries are met and that any expected delays are reported to ILS management.

    You are actively participating in and part of the Design Build & Support Teams (DBST)

    You provide support interdepartmental based on knowledge and experience gained in the aerospace industry.

    After the approval of the MSR, the airworthiness relevant impact for either the Flight Manual or Maintenance planning needs to be prepared in a Document Amendment Request (DAR).

    You attend the weekly Technical Solution Meeting (TSM)

    You communicate internationally with partner companies and NH90 airworthiness

    You provide support to Compliance Verification Engineers (CVE) during the approval stage of qualifying documentation.

    You give support to the qualification department by providing the Airworthiness and the non-Airworthiness relevant impact to the customer, and with the support of the creation of the Modification Substantiation Report (MSR).

    You are analyzing Stress and Fatigue documents and MSG-3, to determine if fatigue and maintenance related changes, limitations or penalties are required.

    What do you need to be succesfull in this role?

    You have general knowledge of ILS, TSS, Spares and MRO processes in order to process the Engineering Change Requests (ECR) or Proposals and assess the impact for the Support You are good at interdepartmental relationship, integration, communication and discussion You give confidence to question and seek confirmation when necessary of each change

    You have aeronautical experience

    You have a technical degree or at least some experience in a similar job
