Main Responsibilities: -Perform administrative tasks within HR and Recruitment; -Create employment contracts, letters and memos; -Update daily HR system (Cascade); -Organize and execute personnel administration for the employees; -Arrange and book travel; -Screen CVs, interview and allocate new candidates and returners; -Process applications; -Track communication and cooperate with Managers on sites; -Support our external recruitment partners from Greece, Germany and Poland.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business administration or Human Resources. -Minimum three years experience in a similar capacity including data processing within a customer-facing environment, human resources experience in preferred. -Previous HR and Recruitment experience. -Professional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch. -Must be a resident of the Netherlands. -Ability to work effectively as an individual and as a team member. -Experience in a multicultural international environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Confidential in dealing with sensitive matters. Proactive and able to prioritize and work under pressure.
