Human Resources Executive – Talent Acquisition

What will you do?
In this role you will join the global HR team of Plat4mation, where your focus will be on employer branding- and recruitment activities. You will work closely with one of the HR specialists who focuses on recruitment and talent acquisition. Considering our 6 entities over the world, you are constantly in touch with a diverse group of colleagues and candidates.
As the HR go to person for Talent acquisition, you will be working closely with our leadership team and reporting into the India Head of HR & Administration. We are looking for someone who will be hands-on, can manage stake holders, help drive employer branding and serve as the true talent consultant. You are responsible for market intelligence and market mapping within the scope of work. Furthermore, you are jointly responsible for innovation & process excellence oversight with the team.
As a Human Resources Executive, you will:
Ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Contribute to our employer branding, globally and locally on 5 different markets.
Organize recruitment events, including follow-up.
Draft job descriptions
Assess and recommend the best candidates.
Conduct first interviews, negotiate terms and conditions, and ultimately make the link between the candidate’s profile and the open vacancies within Plat4mation.
Update, track, and document candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Search for (using various market mapping, Internet sources and referral techniques) qualified candidates.
Screen and present viable candidates based on detailed job descriptions and the fitment to the role.
Schedule interviews, brief and debrief candidates.
Manage the end-to-end executive hiring process.
Understand technology and the marketplace.
Network with candidates and hiring managers.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HRM, Business, Commercial studies, or other related fields
3 to 4 years of work experience in recruitment
You are flexible and stress resistant
You are a real communicator, and your English is top notch
Structured and a commercial mindset
Good planning and organization skills
Affinity with IT
