We have an opportunity with our parent company, international outdoor group Fenix Outdoor, for a temporary HRBP to join our HR and talent acquisition operations in for our Fenix Outdoor Logistics location in Almere, NL.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a temporary part time HR Business Partner for our operations in Almere, Netherlands. Within the global HR team our mission is to enable business leaders and individual contributors have the right tools they need to successfully drive the business forwards. In this role your main scope will be our warehouse operations in Almere, Netherlands. You are joining the org in exciting (and challenging) times of change and your main task will be to coach and support managers in the Logistics and Warehouse operations. On the site we also have Finance and IT people that would fall under your responsibility.
The position is part time, three working days per week for a period of five months to start with. This is a good opportunity that may lead to a permanent position. Presence on site two out of the three working days is a must. You will report to the CHRO of the Fenix Outdoor Group and you will have one HR colleague on site.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Coaching and supporting managers on HR-related topics and personnel errands in their daily work, this includes but is not limited to:
Take lead on Recruitments for the Almere location
Involvement in our Organizational changes
Employee grievances and labor law
Proactive support and follow up on work environment, health and sick leave as well as wellbeing activities
WHO YOU ARE
You have minimum a bachelor’s degree in one of the behavioral subjects as educational background.
You have 2+ year experience in an operational HR role where you have been supporting managers and employees in various HR matters.
You are skilled in labor law and have worked in a blue-collar environment (experience in warehouse operations area is a plus).
You are used to working with recruitment and used to manage the entire recruitment processes. You have experience from modern ATS platforms (We use Team Tailor).
You have a “can do” attitude. You are resilient, maintain a positive attitude, cope with failure well and learn from it.
You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken and have a willingness to communicate with people on all levels.
You are strong in building relationships and gaining trust from others.
