This role, at our HQ in Utrecht, is for 20-24 hours per week.
Provides assistance to (international) HR related aspects.
Organizes training and courses.
Provides day-to-day support to managers and employees on HR related issues.
Supports the personnel administration in AFAS.
Supports the salary administration in AFAS.
Maintains, manages and improves our AFAS system.
Makes suggestions for improvements of administration, procedures and policies.

Several years HR experience, preferably in an international company.
A good foundation of AFAS knowledge is mandatory for this role.
A proactive organizer.
Ability to start up activities and projects independently.
Experience to work in a role with a wide variety of tasks.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, fast changing company.
A constant drive to develop our human-capital talent.
Ability to adapt quickly.
Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language (spoken & written).
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
