The People Services team is part of the Global Services department and consists of about 20 enthusiastic colleagues that you will work with every day. We are a young team that interacts closely to ensure all HR-related questions, requests and annual HR-processes are handled in a professional and smooth manner. We are eager to learn and like to share our knowledge of specific topics in the broad field of HR and take pride to do a little better every day.
From the People Services team, our most important countries that we serve are: the Netherlands, Great Britain, Indonesia and South Africa. We communicate with our employees via an online platform, chat, or telephone. Our operating model is setup in a front- and back office.
The job profile
As an HR-support People Services, you are the point of contract for questions about our local and global HR policies and procedures and can answer the varied questions of our (international) employees and (HR) managers quickly and competently. You inform our (international) employees and handle questions and requests via our centralized knowledge and case management system.
In addition, you process a wide range of administrative tasks related to our ‘hire-to-retire’ HR-life cycle processes and for the execution of the payroll administration and applicable working conditions.
What will you be doing?
Performing a high-quality and smooth handling of various HR cases;
Interacting with the front and back office about HR cases;
Communicating with stakeholders such as managers, employees, people relations partners, subject matter experts and other stakeholders related to the cases;
Contributing to the quality of the People Services team by identifying improvements to our knowledge centre with the aim of further optimizing the work processes;
Working effectively and constructively with the team;
Efficient use of the software tools AFAS Profit (for our HR core data management) and ServiceNow (our case management system).
Who are you?
We are looking for an energetic service provider who would like to develop into a professional in providing HR-support. You are interested in broadening and deepening HR themes within a dynamic international context.
In addition, you also are:
Graduated with a bachelor’s degree (HBO) in HRM or related;
1-3 years of relevant work experience;
Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and in writing;
Familiar with the standard Microsoft Office package;
Familiar with AFAS Profit and/or ServiceNow is a bonus;
Customer-oriented, independent and stress-resistant, but also critical and goal-oriented.
