What will you be doing?
As a People Agent, you are responsible for the daily operational tasks within our People crew. From drawing up contracts and payroll mutations, answering questions and supporting your colleagues with the use of HR systems, all the way to coordinating personnel administration and building relationships with external providers.

Your key responsibilities
Create confirmations of hiring, changes and terminations, such as employment contracts
Manage mutations, such as payroll mutations, job changes
Maintain our different systems, such as Workday
Tracking & reporting, such as sickness, leave, attrition
Coordinate and execute personnel administration (e.g. sickness, immigration)
First point of contact concerning HR related questions
Maintain both personnel and confidential files for employees
Liaise with external providers such as payroll, insurances, and file management
Participate in specific People projects
Which skills and experience should you have to be successful in this position?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an HR related field
1 or 2 years of HR administration experience
Experience working with the (Dutch) Labour Laws
Proficient in Excel
Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow is a plus
Experience in a multicultural international environment
Confidential in dealing with sensitive matters
Strong individual contributor and team member
Excellent organizational skills, with eye for detail
Able to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure
Self-starting, proactive and pragmatic
Service-oriented, with good communication skills
Fluent in English and another language, preferably French, Spanish, Portugese and/or German
