Are you passionate about HR and denim? Our HR team works hard to make our business feel supported in their daily operations and in their development within G-Star. We are therefore looking for an experienced retail minded, hands-on and French speaking HR Retail Business Partner to join the team. A unique opportunity to really play a crucial role in G-Star’s growth.
Just imagine –
As our new HR Retail Business Partner France, you’ll be based at our HQ in Amsterdam and in charge of full cycle hands-on HR support to our Retail colleagues and some of our offices in France. You primarily act as the first point of contact for management to effectively provide HR advice, guidance and support based on different HR related topics such as Employee Relations, legal issues and performance management. Furthermore you ensure correct HR operations and administration processes in close cooperation with the HQ HR team, and you support in local recruitment.
You’re already a solid HR Business Partner who’s used to the playing field of a rapid changing (fashion) retail environment and the dynamics and challenges that this brings to your daily responsibilities. With and without asking you support achieving business goals by advising on the right approach from an HR perspective while you initiate ideas to improve employee engagement.
Profile
- Building strong (HR) partnerships comes naturally to you
- With your operational and analytical skills you’re able to balance the interests of your stakeholders and to interface at all levels of our organization
- Of course you’re the Wikipedia on French labor law
- Fashion? You live and breathe it.
- Add a Master and 3 years of relevant experience (or a Bachelor and 5 years of relevant experience) as a HR Business Partner in a corporate environment and you’ve got our full attention.
- Are you also self-confident, proactive and result-oriented? We’re heart-eyed.
