You will be a member of one of our HR Business Partners-teams. You manager is located in Germany and in your daily work you will work closely with three Dutch HR Business Partners. During Covid-19 you mainly work from home. If the situation changes, your location will be Arnhem.

Your contribution to TenneT
To support the business in the execution of HR related topics the HR Professional is responsible for:
Supporting the HR Business Partner towards the business, in the execution of operational HR related topics, such as system changes, the execution of the topics on the HR year calendar and other administrative tasks.
Supporting leaders and employees on individual questions around HR related topics.
Pro-actively giving advice to leaders about the deployment, application and interpretation of HR policies, such as performance management, rewards & benefits, sick leave, development, etc.
Coordinating the administrative and system technical handling of the implementation of organisational changes and reorganisations.
Play a role in monitoring and assisting leaders in cases of illness. And maintain contact with sick employee from the perspective of HR
To improve the People processes and organisation, the HR Professional is also:
Project member for HR improvement topics .e.g. harmonizing and improving processes, such as performance management, system implementations, key user of SharePoint, etc.
The first connection point to People Operations from the HR Business Partners-teams. In close cooperation with the HR Business Partners and People Operations, the HR Professional is continuously improving the daily operations and closing the feedback loop in regards to our operating model (stimulate the use of self-service tools by managers and employees)
Gives feedback regarding policies, processes and systems and show cases improvements.
Your Profile and background
Bachelor working and thinking level – preferably in HR studies
3-5 years of experience in a HR (support) role
Knowledge of Dutch law & regulations
Is able to organize and prioritize the workload
Flexible, team player, precise
Communicative, both verbal and in writing
Organisational sensitive, integer, growth mind set, out of the box thinking
Flexible, result driven, can-do mentality

Within People the operating model is designed on the click-call-face principle, where leaders and employees are responsible for the various HR aspects. Information is easy accessible, leaders/employees can arrange their HR tasks themselves and processes are clear. If self-service is not an option (because of complexity) the support is organized within People Operations. In case of more complex/(organizational/individual) sensitive topics there is the possibility to get supported by a colleague. Next to the support for the business the HR Professional is the linking pin between People Operations and the HR Business Partner. The HR Professional is a new role in the HR Business Partner team.
