    We are looking for a HR Operations Specialist to join our EMEA People Team and be part of our growth trajectory. As a People Team, we are responsible for fostering an amazing workplace and culture that empowers everyone to do their best work. You will collaborate with different teams and support different initiatives of the business with special focus on partnership with our Employee Relations Business Partner to ensure an outstanding employee experience as Palo Alto Networks continues its rapid growth.     Your Impact


    • Ensure a best in class employee experience through high level of service, empathy and operational excellence

    • Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires by ensuring all aspects of onboarding are completed accurately and timely including communication with new hires

    • Build strong relationships with other HR teams to coordinate workflow, processes, and communication with key stakeholders; ensure seamless hand-off of processes and deliverables

    • Anticipate challenges, diagnose problems, develop and implement solutions that serve as best practice and allow for a seamless process flow

    • Participate in meetings as operational subject matter expert which impact operational design, reporting, or workflows

    • Manage and support multiple and concurrent ad hoc requests and projects getting our People Operations future ready in an ever changing environment

    • Provide employees with exceptional service regarding HR related inquiries through resolution accountability


    • Partner closely with our Employee Relations Partner to ensure absences are monitored and employee/manager support is provided

    • Work closely with local third party providers where medical checks are required

    • Coordinate the recording, maintenance, preparation, and reporting of data related to leave of absences and ensure its confidentiality

    • Perform other HR operational tasks such as data entry, employment verification requests, E-verify process, coordination with payroll, and overall maintenance of employee records, ensuring data integrity

    • Ensure employee data is up to date, accurate and compliant within our HR system

    • Provide HR administration support including, data entry, maintaining HR records and other tasks as assigned


    Qualifications


    Your Experience


    • BA/BS degree or equivalent of ca. 3 years of progressive HR Operations experience in a technology organization or technology-related business, preferably with a multinational company (MNC)

    • Fluency in Dutch

    • Ability to demonstrate integrity, maintain confidentiality and influence without authority

    • Experience analyzing organizational needs and setting strategies and goals to make a positive impact; ability to set priorities, stay focused, and manage time in a fast-paced, developing environment

    • Ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions within the EMEA and global organization

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working with all levels in an organization

    • High level of accuracy and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, dynamic environment. Must be able to operate with limited direction

    • Ability to address immediate employee needs while maintaining a view to long term goals and the organization’s vision and objectives with a continuous improvement mindset

    • Commitment to continuous learning and study of your craft

    • Ability to self-direct work and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
