As an HR Operations Intern (EMEA) you will be part of the Global HR Operations Team. This will give you the advantage of learning all the ins and outs of the HR department and being able to see what is going on daily in a big company. You will not only be working in an international team, but also supporting different countries in the EMEA region, mainly the Netherlands, but also France, South Africa, Austria, Poland, the UK, Russia and Dubai. Employee experience is very important to Irdeto, so you want to help every employee as good as you can and strive for positive employee relationships.
Your mission at Irdeto:
Be part of the full process around the onboarding of employees (e.g., preparing employment agreements, make sure all relevant parties are informed and the systems updated and of course their first days should be welcoming).
Assist with any changes employees go through, this could be regarding a contract extension or a promotion but can also be around maternity leave.
Be part of the full process around the off boarding of employees (e.g., Update the relevant parties and systems and make sure an exit survey gets filled in).
Assist on the daily queries that are being send to the HR EMEA Inbox.
Oversee the sick leave processing and make sure to record this properly.
