The HR Team of the Redspher Group consists of 3 divisions: HR Operations, Business HR and the HR Competence Center. For the HR Competence Center (HR CC) we are currently looking for an HR Associate. The mission of the HR Competence Center is to 'manage competences and human potential'. The team facilitates knowledge sharing and upskilling in areas as inhouse tools/software usage or practices and procedures related to specific tasks. The HR CC is also responsible for implementation of initiatives that enhance employees commitment and loyalty and for bringing the expertise to organizational challenges in the area of human resources.
Goal
The HR Associate Competence Center is responsible for the development and maintenance of e-learning programs and monitoring the progress and results of training. She / he will also support the implementation of talent management programs, administration of the tools (e-learning platform & employee survey tool) and other projects related to employee retention and development.
Activities / responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of talent management, mentoring program and other projects (documentation & supporting materials, training sessions preparation, follow up);
- Online courses development & maintenance / Creation of educational materials (video-tutorials, written manuals, interactive presentation, checklists and handouts for learners);
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders, content providers and relevant departments to ensure successful development and implementation of training;
- Training follow-up (completion statistics and evaluation);
- Maintenance of e-learning platform / Employee Survey tool & providing consultation and technical assistance to internal and external users;
- Support the follow-up process of Employee Pulse survey (i.e. check comments, monthly follow-ups monitoring, sharing tips for the results analysis)
Knowledge, abilities and skills
- Minimum education: MBO level 4;
- Working experience: minimum of 2-3 years;
- Excellent communication skills in writing;
- Experience and knowledge in content & presentation preparation is a must;
- IT-literate: Powerpoint/Google Slides, Prezi, Powtoon, etc;
- Solution provider and highly creative;
- Proactive teamplayer who is meticulous with extreme attention to detail;
- Languages: English and any other language is a plus (Dutch not needed);
- Knowledge of Transport industry + HR-background is a plus.
You will report to the HR Manager Competence Center and we offer you a dynamic, multicultural and international environment. The HR Team consists of 12 colleagues in the Netherlands, France and Poland.
