What you’ll do
Improve People Development processes;
Internal program and workshop coordination;
Implement and support Robotic Process Automation for team processes;
Moderate our OKR (Objectives and Key Results) platform;
Manage our email account and support our employees with any questions they have about our initiatives.
What You’ll Need
Student in HR, Psychology or Learning and Development related courses is preferred;
EU citizenship or enrollment in a Dutch university (to meet work permit regulations);
You should be enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship;
Good level of English;
Good communication skills and teamwork;
Organization and Problem-solving skills;
Strong level of MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word);
Eager and motivated to learn.
