    Role:

    As the HR Digital Services manager, you are at the heart of the HR optimization journey – leading, developing and maintaining the enhancement of our employee experience delivery via digital.

    You are an experienced project manager responsible for Teaco’s various HR information systems, simplifying and streamlining HR processes to enhance our people management capabilities.

    You have a track record of driving change, innovation and maximizing HR Systems benefits and the return on investments.

    Your Key Tasks:

    • Alongside IT and other SMEs, you lead the design for key HR projects or initiatives focused on enhancing the User Experience and Service Outcomes

    • You collaborate with the Teaco HRLT to identify and deliver leading edge HR strategies and digital HR transformation projects.

    • You deep dive into Teaco’s HR System processes to identify areas of improvement; providing recommendations to improve productivity and efficiencies.

    • You own the data access and segregations matrix and settings for HR services users.

    • You act as the lead liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects.

    • You ensure system compliance with the requisite data security and privacy requirements.

    • You maintain knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications.

    • You lead the procurement of appropriate hardware and software to ensure that the organization has high quality, efficient systems.

    • You align the HR Data Management systems to deliver effective interfaces / integrations across different systems (HR and Non-HR) which may include database management, network support, installation, customization, development, and maintenance.

    • You are a trusted advisor to the Teaco business and HR team on HRIT related subjects – being an ambassador of change and a coach.


    Stakeholder Management and key interfaces:

    • You are member of the HR Leadership team.

    • You report directly to the HR Operations Lead

    • You work with the Global HR Expertise teams.

    • You interface with the IT teams.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Experience in HR with a strong understanding of the impact HR processes have upon HR Systems and the business needs.

    • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

    • Experience of effective project management, methodologies, and frameworks.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.

    • The ability to translate specific business needs into detailed technical requirements.

    • Experience of translating specific business needs into HR processes, procedures and working practices.
