    HR Coordinator

    We're looking for a HR Coordinator to join our People Team!

    As HR Coordinator for INDG and Grip you will play an important role in people operations and the recruitment process for our Amsterdam, Bucharest and remote employees. The role blends together administrative and generalist HR support so you must be comfortable with the admin responsibility as well as with collaborating closely with employees and managers.

    You are a true enthusiast, multi-tasker, have a supporting mindset and you are excited to get started in a position that really enables you to take on responsibility and develop your skills and knowledge.

    As HR Coordinator you are part of our (small) People Team and will therefor also support our monthly People Team Newsletter, organise regular social events and maintain an organised office environment.

    What’s Grip?

    Grip is web-based solution that automatically generates visual content. It’s based on photorealistic 3D, capitalising on INDG’s fifteen-year-long experience in that field. 3D is good because once your beer or your juicer or your rocket is on Grip, it can be used and re-used for multiple media: images, videos, iOS apps, and such.

    This vision has worked quite well with clients: in less than two years, Grip won Coca-Cola, Nivea, Heineken, L'Oreal and others. As you can imagine, working with these companies requires knowing why, when and how they produce the thousands of visuals we've been trying to automate. Now, Grip is changing every day to accommodate the things we learn.


    What will you be doing?

    • Recruitment - you will specialise in certain job profiles and report on the vacancies you are responsible for
    • Personnel & salary administration
    • Onboarding of new (international) starters including coordinating the relocation process
    • Advising, guiding and supporting employees and managers on all HR matters
    • Ensuring HR policies and procedures are maintained and updated
    • Identifying improvements to existing policies, processes and procedures
    • Coordination of performance reviews
    • Health & safety

    Would be amazing if you:

    • Have a relevant Bachelor Degree such as HRM or Business Administration
    • Have 0-2 years experience of generalist HR gained, preferably within a fast-moving environment
    • Build appropriate professional, friendly and accessible relationships with employees and line managers
    • Are resilient and able to work in an organization that is undergoing change
    • Can maintain a structured way of working with a variety of responsibilities
    • Demonstrate an “investigative” and “can do” approach and attitude
    • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
