    At MCI The Netherlands we bring people together by organizing meetings, events and congresses. We are looking for an HR Coordinator. As our new HR Coordinator you are a star in running a flawless, compliant administration, whilst providing outstanding first-line support for our managers and employees. In addition, you will work on new and exciting projects that are coming up within MCI, such as Employer Branding and Learning & Development. We expect our HR Coordinator to take ownership and use his/her creativity during these projects to contribute to a better workplace.

    What you will be doing:

    • Timely and accurate execution of HR administration and support activities, e.g. maintain (digital) personnel files, set up employment contracts, register sickness leave and holiday entitlements, etc.
    • Carry out the monthly payroll process
    • Assist with executing exciting new HR projects & initiatives, such as Employer Branding, Learning & Development, Vitality etc.
    • Assist in the recruitment and selection of new hires
    • Execute all supporting activities for new joiners and leavers
    • First line support for all employees in case of practical HR & payroll related questions

    Who you are:

    • A degree in Human Resources or in a similarly related field
    • Fluent in Dutch and English both written and spoken
    • 0-2 years of work experience in a HR related function
    • Work experience with payroll administration is a plus
    • Knowledge of Dutch labor law is a plus
    • You have a high level of confidentiality and integrity
    • You are accurate and well organized
    • You are not afraid to take ownership and love to come up with new and creative ideas
