    The HR Coordinator is a critical part of the HR Operations team, in charge of executing on the core people processes.     Key responsibilities

    • Local contact point for HR and payroll related questions
    • Work on global projects
    • Complete various audit exercises monthly, to ensure our processes are compliant and efficient
    • Initiate process improvement ideas to continuously improve the processes
    • Support the (internal) stakeholders and vendors
    • Prepare employment documentation
    • Maintain employee data in SAP systems

    We are looking for

    An energetic team player who already has a broad skillset across numerous HR operations and administrative disciplines. The ideal candidate will have the following background, skills and capabilities:
    • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and prepare required reports, projections, procedures, etc.
    • Experience in an HR related role is requiered
    • Detail oriented and quality focused individual
    • Self-motivated, very well-organized, and capable of working towards agreed objectives without excessive supervision
    • Ability to prioritize among high volumes and diversity of tasks
    • Experience with SAP (preferred)
    • Advanced skill level in Microsoft office products (especially Excel)
    • Professional proficiency in English (required)
    • Proficiency in Dutch (preferred)
