Join our Global HR team on a temporary basis for 12 months, as a HR Coordinator at our HQ (Hoofddorp, The Netherlands)! You will join our global HR team, consisting of 24 colleagues located in The Netherlands, Canada, India and China. You will be reporting to the Global HR Manager. Your role will focus on HR Cooperation Services for people aspects in some of our 15 countries where Irdeto has offices and will cover classic HR topics like: recruitment support, preboarding, onboarding, employee relations, training and event coordination, data checks, offboarding and HR payroll related administration. You will assist the HR Generalists, the HR Operations Coordinators, the Recruiters, the Total Rewards Specialists, the HR Business Partners and the L&D team.
This role is put in place as the global HR Team is to transition to a new HR Information System, and while each team goes through the transition, they might need support in various tasks. The role is super broad and varied and gives you a great learning opportunity in the HR field and who knows, maybe a long-term career opportunity with Irdeto!
Your mission at Irdeto:
Employee experience coordination: You will play a vital role in our employee experience, from before the employees’ first day till their last day. This will include relocation of new hires, drafting employment agreements, registering employee information in the HR Information System (HRIS), coordinating the regional and global onboarding and handing the offboarding process.
Employee relations coordination: You will manage the relations by supporting employees and their managers with queries, updating and maintaining policies.
Payroll & Benefits Coordination: You will be responsible for payroll mutations and updating and maintaining benefits enrollments and life events. Additionally, supporting on all sickness reporting and UVW entries.
Coordinate Social events: You will support the organization and coordination of social events and the related budget.
HR involvement: You will be involved in adhoc HR tasks and projects across the global team and HR functions.
How you can add value to the team?
Educational degree or higher.
3+ years of HR administration experience, preferably in an international environment, HR operations, process improvement, HR Shared Services.
Fluent English & Dutch verbal and written communication skills is a must; French or Polish would be a benefit.
Experience using HRIS systems – experience with SuccessFactors and/or Oracle is a plus!
Comfortable in a fast-paced, always changing environment.
Hands-on, no-nonsense, pragmatic.
Perfectionist, with excellent administration and follow-through skills.
Highly organized and an absolute multi-tasker.
Team player, with a lot of initiative and curiosity.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
