The HR Coordinator is a critical part of the HR Operations team, in charge of executing on the core people processes. Initiate process improvement ideas to continuously improve the processes
Support the (internal) stakeholders and vendors
Prepare employment documentation
Maintain employee data in SAP systems
We are looking for
An energetic team player who already has a broad skillset across numerous HR operations and administrative disciplines. The ideal candidate will have the following background, skills and capabilities:
Ability to analyze large amounts of data and prepare required reports, projections, procedures, etc.
Experience in an HR related role is requiered
Detail oriented and quality focused individual
Self-motivated, very well-organized, and capable of working towards agreed objectives without excessive supervision
Ability to prioritize among high volumes and diversity of tasks
Experience with SAP (preferred)
Advanced skill level in Microsoft office products (especially Excel)
