FrieslandCampina Food & Beverage Supply Chain is a global business with 45 production facilities around the world. The HR BP is responsible for the Plan & Deliver departments in Amersfoort. He/she is a member of the management team, reports hierarchically to the HR Director of Food & Beverage Supply Chain. The HR BP’s prime purpose is to support line management to be effective and impactful. You will partner with line management to co-create an effective and efficient organization, driving business results with engaged employees who are able to contribute to their best abilities, in accordance with the global people strategy, policies and frameworks. You will define the people plan within the area of business you are responsible for, and translate business needs back into HR, ensuring optimal alignment between business and HR requirements. Beside this, you will support in talent, engagement and change HR interventions.
What we ask
Master degree, preferably in HR or equivalent
At least 8 years of relevant working experience in relevant FMCG HR position with demonstrated record of achievement
Experience in a HR role within a Supply Chain environment
Strong change management skills, focus on leadership and behavior
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – act as a trusted advisor
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong stakeholder management skills within a corporate and international environment
Can handle a high pace of change within the organization
