As HR Partner, you will actively contribute by working closely in partnership with our leaders. Your day-to-day assignments will include:

• Key player for maintaining high quality employee relations – including labor law and union negotiations

• Support and coach managers and employees in HR-related areas

• Leadership development

• Being a strong role model and ambassador for values and culture

• You who have a strong drive for constant improvement, see possibilities and a better way forward, yet are open-minded and humble.

• Have at least 5 years experience of follow-ups within HR processes, and you have an ability to translate business needs into HR solutions and actions

• Are experienced (minimum 5 years) within Swedish labor law, employee relations, work environment as well as union negotiations (MBL).

• Have good written and verbal communication in English

We think you have excellent change management skills and experience in coaching leaders in supporting change. You have a holistic mindset and are skilled in breaking down silos, enable collaboration and empower teams.
