    Purpose of the role

    • Lead the HR activities and services (Hire-retire) and execution of people processes and business initiated HR plans within appointed account groups.
    • Implement HR strategies that will support the corporate development strategy and respond proactively to close any skill gaps that may exist
    • Give strategic HR support and coaching local managers
    • Safeguard TGO Haarlem to comply with local labour law requirements
    • Coordinate and manage Internal communication

    This role is available for 32 hours a week.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support employee lifecycle “hire to retire” in partnership with management and HR; Align HR processes and policies across the countries and to TEVA´s European working model. Review, change and implement as required administrative HR policies, procedures and programs to support and strengthen HR activities, including: hire, rehire, on-boarding, transfer, promotion, demotion, training and development, performance management, talent management, leave of absence and separation.
    • Work with and understand Teva’s compensation strategy, systems and standards. Translate these to local country perspective and apply to add value to the business.
    • Drive employee engagement and ensure actions are initiated and completed in relation to the result of the organizational health survey in order to deliver an organization consisting of highly engaged & motivated employees at all levels and also ensuring Teva is seen as an employer of choice in the region.
    • Partner with department management, to execute the HR plan of Teva in the Netherlands.
    • Provide support and coaching to line managers regarding all people processes and Organizational Development and effectiveness.
    • Manage recruitment process together with CoE (Talent Acquisition team) for site based positions.
    • Be committed to ensuring a positive work environment with a focus on equal opportunities and according to the Teva Values. Coordinate and facilitate the performance and talent management processes for the appointed account groups.
    • Support delivery of the training programs on local level.
    • Consult on local benefit programs (e.g. health, disability, pension, time off) where applicable.


    • HBO or University degree in Human Resources /Labour Law or other applicable discipline
    • 5 – 7 years of experience within HR, preferably in international organizations
    • Experience in change management
    • Execution focus, project management skills
    • Knowledge of HRM systems
    • Experience in global (matrix) organization preferred
    • Fluent in English and Dutch language
    • Technical & Generalist knowledge;
