To strengthen and support the growing HR team of our business partner, we are looking for a qualified and committed HR Associate who is available for fourty hours a week, as soon as possible.
What does your day look like as a HR associate?
You are responsible for the preparation of the monthly payroll for Germany and Poland, controlling the payment of variable compensation components and benefits. Besides that you are controlling the payment of variable compensation components and benefits, you are the point of contact for employees and supervisors in payroll-related issues as well as payroll tax and social security issues and organize the preparation of reporting and certifications. Finally you are responsible for the timely and high-quality execution of all administrative activities in your area of responsibility in coordination with the HR Business Partners of the business units, personnel file management (creating, maintaining, closing and archiving) and the preparation of employment contracts, entry and exit formalities as well as personal and contractual changes throughout the employment period
Who are we looking for?
You have successfully completed commercial vocational training and have relevant professional experience in the area of payroll accounting, ideally also in other European countries
Ability to coordinate multiple projects on a daily basis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with attention to details
You have knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite and are open to new IT systems.
Fluent in German and English
