    HR Advisor Netherlands

    Local Unit & Position Description:
    We are looking for an HR Advisor.

    As the HR Advisor you are responsible for advising management and employees in Arnhem (250 employees) and Groningen (80 employees). Business Area Energy Systems will be your most important ‘customer’ with ambitious grow plans to tackle the energy transition and decarbonization. We need to attract the best talent in energy advisory, energy storage, hydrogen, carbon storage and offshore wind. Recruitment is organized out of the Global Centre, as HR Advisor you participate in the second interviews, the C&B package and the onboarding actions of non-EU citizens. This is an important part of your daily activities.

    You support and advise the line managers and Business Area HR on the broad spectrum of HR advisory topics and C&B needs. As an HR Advisor you understand the various challenges of the Business Areas and collaborate closely with other HR Advisors and HR Experts in Arnhem and the Global Centre HR in Poland. You are customer centric, flexible and interested in a broad range of HR areas. This fulltime role is a great opportunity for a passionate HR professional who has the drive after the first start in HR to develop further towards the next level of HR Advisory in an international environment.
    You will report to the Regional Manager of GSS HR WSEE. The position is based in Arnhem, the Netherlands, and for this challenging job a competitive salary applies.

    Key tasks:
    • Recruitment: interviews with candidates, negotiations on C&B package, advice on visa and work permits of non-EUR candidates and employer branding
    • Consult and advise management to realize the key business goals including change management and reorganizations
    • Handle all kind of individual employment related, including occupational health issues
    • Consult and handle country specific C&B topics
    • Cooperate closely with Global Centre team in Poland to ensure adequate HR services to your customers
    Position Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR
    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR, ideally in multinational environments
    • Excellent English and Dutch language skills required, written and verbal
    • Able to switch easily between the different organizational levels and between operational and tactical tasks
    • Knowledge of the specific labor market and knowledge and practical application of C&B and labor law in the Netherlands
