    HR Advisor | German

    For our client we are looking for an HR Advisor German speaking who is responsible for the German and Austrian markets. You will also be supporting the Dutch market when necessary. You will report directly to the Group Head of HR and work with a close group of HR professionals to deliver high standards of service to all staff and managers. At all times you will be focusing on ensuring the staff experience a respectful, friendly atmosphere where diversity is welcomed and values are important.

    You will participate in exciting pan European projects. Once training is completed you will be the first line of support for the managers, advising and supporting them both proactively and reactively on their HR requirements for the German and Dutch markets to ensure the operation runs smoothly.

    • Supporting the HR lifecycle for Germany:
      • Recruitment and onboarding of staff
      • Attendance Management: Monitoring and managing sickness cases
      • Manage employee events such as Maternity, special leave and termination
    • Supporting HR requirements for other jurisdictions as is needed
    • Case Management and employee relations
    • Training: Managing our online training offering to ensure all staff are fully trained
    • HR projects: Working on various pan European HR projects which will further enhance the business in the following areas: Diversity and Culture, Corporate Social Responsibility, HR Analysis

    Requirements

    • Business level German (C2 level) Dutch proficiency (B2 level) is preferred, fluent in English
    • Prior relevant working experience in HR would be an advantage
    • Self starter who is not afraid to take ownership

    Working conditions

    • Position is based in Hoofddorp
    • Salary between €2900 - €3300 gross based on 37,5 hours
    • 26 days annual leave per year
    • Travel allowance
