Supervise and collaborate in the cleaning service and activities carried out in the common areas of the hotel, through compliance with the standards and procedures of the Department of Housekeeping and the Hotel and working.
To guarantee that the whole team offers a quality service, so that all the actions that are carried out seek the satisfaction of the client, through the perfect state and cleanliness of the rooms and common areas of the Hotel.
Assist in the organisation of staff schedules and control of external personnel.
Supervise the work of the housekeeping team
Informing your managers of any incidents with the equipment used or problems with the rooms.
Guide and develop your team, giving them feedback on their performance & detect the development and training needs of their team.
Cleaning of rooms and public areas.
Be aware of, manage and take responsibility for complaints and compliments from guests, promoting the relevant actions and responses in each case.
Languages: be able to communicate fluently in Spanish and English.
Experience in the same or a similar position in a hotel's Housekeeping Department.
Be a person with patience, personality and perseverance.
