    Job Description

    The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

    • You are the point of contact for advertisers and companies for different types of questions in Turkish
    • You provide technical solutions to support and expand your customer's self-service advertising customer base
    • You handle all kinds of questions that are generated through incoming activities such as chat, e-mail and social media messenger
    • You provide after-sales support for all products
    • You provide excellent customer service and you are constantly looking for initiatives to further improve the service.

    Your Skills

    • Fluent in Turkish language, both speaking and writing skills
    • Good command of the English Language (B2 level)
    • Affinity with computers
    • Work experience in digital marketing is a plus
    • Relevant work experience in customer service is a plus
    • Familiarity with online advertising products / suppliers is a plus
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Fast learner, diligent worker
