    Head of Talent

    You will be joining a young and dynamic international team developing bleeding edge technology and shaping the future of UX design and development. We are 9 different nationalities, speak 10 different languages, we have been a remote-friendly company since day one, and we are so far distributed in 5 different countries with our HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark.

    As our Head of Talent, you will be responsible for helping us grow our amazing team. You will lead human resources efforts, manage talent sourcing and hiring, and all employee matters. You will play an instrumental role in helping the company scale. There will be a lot to do! We're currently a relatively small team of < 15 and we have ambitious plans to grow rapidly.

    You will:

    • Actively attract, recruit and hire top talent for all levels and teams in the company
    • Build a team diverse in experience, background, gender, ethnicity, race, age, sexual orientation
    • Design and develop a pipeline of strong potential candidates to proactively stay ahead of new hiring needs
    • Onboard new employees into the company
    • Familiarize yourself with local labour laws when hiring in new regions
    • Provide hands-on and comprehensive HR advisory to C-levels, managers, and employees in relation to HR policies, employment law, performance reporting, employee engagement, alongside activities regarding the annual people operating plan
    • Provide daily HR guidance
    • Work closely with C-levels, managers, and employees to improve work relationships and wellbeing to optimize for productivity and retention
    • Suggest, design, develop, and implement new HR strategies

    Should have:

    • 2-5 years of experience in HR and recruiting
    • Strong experience in full recruitment cycle delivering strong results
    • Self-driven and self-motivated to take a leading role
    • Comfortable working in a lean team, handling everything from scheduling interviews to creating effective recruiting and interview processes
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
    • High emphatic personality with a touch of resilience
    • Commitment to DEI and experience in integrating these into your hiring process
    • Strong organisational skills, sense of ownership, and efficient at multi-tasking
    • Great analytical skills and numbers-driven approach to challenges, expert in HR metrics and KPIs
    • Open-minded with a sense of humor
