    Head of Sales Northern & Eastern Europe, Uber for Business

    This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of the Uber for Business EMEA organization. We need creative thinkers and builders with previous sales and account management experience who are passionate about developing a new kind of sales and account management organization at Uber. You'll be on the frontlines following and boosting businesses contribution to Uber while developing and testing new strategies around Sales. We need a highly motivated self-starter, with an engaging personality who thrives in a team environment.

    You'll work closely with other team like sales leads, sales operations, marketing, and the broader rides org, to support processes that scale and innovate Uber for Business from the ground up.

    You will work to grow Uber's business in Benelux, Nordics and Eastern Europe, managing a team of Sales spread out all over Northern & Eastern Europe and you will be ultimately responsible for the Gross Bookings generated in those countries.

    What You'll Do:

    • Develop a team of Account Executives both Mid-Market and Enterprise across the region.
    • Manage and cultivate highly successful and engaged representatives
    • Monitor, evaluate, and develop the performance of individuals on your teams
    • Drive your sales team towards short and long-term market goals
    • Facilitate focused and productive communication and collaboration amongst a senior team and between your cross-functional partners
    • Collaborate closely with the Rides organisation as needed to drive growth
    • Be a thought partner to leadership in regards to sales and partnerships
    • Collaborate closely with sales operations to analyze results and proactively seek opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programs
    • Follow the day-to-day acquisition and roll-out of new customers
    • Participate to prospects and client meetings
    • Drive Gross Bookings growth!

    What You'll Need:

    Basic Qualifications

    • A minimum of 7 years + of B2B sales experience in tech, corporate travel or other B2B related fields
    • Proven track record of driving a sales team, both local and remote in an international environment
    • Proficiency in both English and Dutch Language

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
    • Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
    • Strong use of insights and quantitative decision making to inform the sales process
    • Ability to problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the sales organization
    • Extremely proactive and upbeat with strong organizational skills
