    Head of Sales Germany

    Online marketplaces have changed the way we buy and sell products, forever. The only thing that hasn’t changed are the payment solutions. From credit card companies to bureaucratic payment providers, they’re all falling behind.

    Behind you. Because as this company’s Head of Sales you are going to lead the charge to take over the German market with the payment solution of the future. From automatic seller onboarding to fully PSD2 compliant split payments, it’s the solution every online marketplace and platform has been waiting for.

    Sounds great, what can I do?

    With the backing of several major VCs, founding members of Unicorns like Mollie and Adyen they have the basics in place to be successful. This Amsterdam-based startup is looking to expand into the German market. That’s why, as Head of Sales, you will be in charge of building the sales strategy for the german market and executing it. This means you will be identifying leading online marketplaces in Germany and working to add them to your client portfolio. All with the goal of becoming the leading payment solution for Germany’s marketplaces and platforms.

    Of course, you won’t have to do it alone. Because in the process, you will be building and leading your own team based in Germany. The first few months will fall on your shoulders though, so making clever use of Google Ads and organizing thought leadership events will also be part of your work.

    With your background and winning personality, you’re already halfway there. Your proven experience in B2B sales and strong interest in the payments market/solutions take care of that. The only other thing you’ll need is the right mindset and native fluency in both English and German.

    You will be more than sufficiently rewarded for all your hard efforts. To start with a base salary up to €85.000 gross a year. Of course, it doesn’t stop there.
