What You'll Do
Build out the hiring process: You will lead your own way in developing our recruitment process and talent acquisition strategy.
Nurture the talent pipeline: You will proactively look for ideal candidates through LinkedIn and other job boards. Recruitment will be primarily tech-focused.
Optimise the system: You will determine the software you want to work with. At the moment, we’re using Homerun.
Foster a great candidate-centric experience: You will take the reins in shaping the candidates’ journey, ensuring a quick turnaround.
