    Head of CRM (m/f/d)

    Project A is an operational venture capital firm that invests in early stage companies from a variety of industries such as digital health, robotics, and mobility amongst others. Our portfolio includes over 60 companies with different business models including B2C, B2B, SaaS, e-commerce and more. Within our company of over 100 professionals, over 15 teams offer their direct support to our portfolio companies with software engineering, marketing, sales, business intelligence and many other fields. In 2020 Project A was named Germany's best VC by Business Insider magazine.

    We are looking for:
    A new team member for one of our portfolio companies in Amsterdam which provides a platform for safe auction for collectors of art and hard to find, unique products. They are working together with experts to protect individuals from any fraud.

    Tasks

    • Leading and building a team of CRM-Marketers
    • Developing the CRM strategy of our portfolio company in order to increase conversion and engagement of our existing customer base significantly
    • Ownership of the strategic initiative of our portfolio company called Top Buyer Program and Customer Intelligence Centre
    • Creating insights from data that result in strategies across the business to improve conversion and lifetime value
    • Build a deep partnership with Product teams for on- and off platform communication (e.g. notifications)
    • Exploring new ways/channels to delight customers
    Requirements

    • Several years of CRM or Performance Marketing related experience, as well as experience leading high performing teams
    • Proven track record in driving incremental business value through CRM
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to drive insights from data and set strategy
    • Ability to set goals and execute under tight deadlines
    • Experience with analytics such as BigQuery and Google Analytics
    • Experience in building CRM technology stacks; from proprietary product integrations to experience with CRM tooling (e.g. Selligent)
    • Global or multi-country operating experience is a plus
