    IT will deliver speed of delivery, security and innovation to our (Rabobank) customers. How? We will decommission our legacy applications/infrastructure and increasingly leverage public cloud services. In order to use the innovation and speed of public cloud to the fullest, we want to be as high as possible in the IT stack (SAAS over PAAS over IAAS) and operate fully Software Defined. As the Finance industry is one of the heaviest regulated industries in the world and Rabobank is a global company acting in more than 40 countries, we must and also want to comply to all international regulations. Security is in the DNA of Rabobank and her employees; we must prevent our customers losing trust in Rabobank. Trust is the cornerstone of every bank. We will remain an attractive target for hackers because we hold money and commercial/privacy data of our customers. The security measures we take are of high quality to ensure continued customer trust. They therefore have the highest priority.

    IT-Infrastructure has in the global context 6 departments of which CSS is one of the larger ones. Below you will find a description of the teams within CSS.

    Contuinity & Security Services

    • Cyber Defence Centre (CDC) –CDC’s mission is to enable and stimulate the IT teams within Rabobank to be Always On by preventing, detecting and responding to threats and vulnerabilities. CDC’s vision strives to have full insight in Rabobank’s attack surface and takes a risk-based approach in increasing the cyber resilience of Rabobank’s global IT landscape.
    • IT Services & Automation – IT Services and Automation provides an agile Service Management framework and orchestrates multiple separate automation activities, directly contributing to continuity of Rabobank key IT-services.
    • Monitoring Services (MONS) – MONS provides 24/7 monitoring services from a professional Control Room. Using various types of monitoring, we combine application and infrastructuremonitoring into one integrated end-to-end view on business processes.
    • Cross Channel Service Desk Europe (CCSD EU) – CCS EU enables colleagues te work undistubedly by using data to prevent IT related issues and by helping colleagues to minimize the impact of IT related issues. We provide the best channel for every question: digital were possible, human where it counts.

    The ITI lead CCS:
    Facilitating and Supporting teams of IT CSS to grow further into high-performing teams. The ITI Lead Contuinity & Security Services also drives the strategic themes and supports our mission #GABWT. The lead is also representing the IT CSS team in the global management team of ITI and is also as member contributing to the management (RUN) and transition (CHANGE) of the whole of IT.

    Job specifics:

    • Yearly budget: 20 - 25 Mio
    • SLA responsibility: complex systems, high impact
    • FTE: Direct & indirect including CCS: 200-250
    • Complex stakeholder field
    • Multiple compliancy themes: SOX, GDPR
    • High availability & security requirements: managing the proces of continuity and being responsible for the operations of the CDC.

    Goals of this position:
    The IT lead CCS assures timely and qualitative execution:
    The IT lead CCS has the responsibility for effective resource management within the specific areas; both strategically planning and ensuring execution
    The ITI lead CCS is responsible for key HR processes regarding people and talent management

    Knowledge, experience and competencies;
