    GVE EMEAR Systems Engineering Director

    As the EMEAR leader of the Global Virtual Engineering team within the Global Virtual Sales organization, you will be part of one of Cisco's fastest growing sales teams and a talent engine for Cisco with diverse and motivated teams that consistently deliver profitable growth.

    What you will do:
    You will interface with BE Leaders on Product Direction and Feedback from 250K+ engagements globally in an ever-changing environment. You will collaborate with Architecture and Sales Leaders on strategy for Go to Market. You will be empowered to build a Dynamic Resource Allocation Model between Dedicated and Shared Services - On Demand and In Real Time. We will also look to you to create and manage stakeholder relationships in Sales, Sales Engineering, Architectures.
