We are looking for a GUEST SERVICES AMBASSADOR / RECEPTIONIST
The Guest services ambassador / receptionist will provide exceptional customer service to both internal & external customer. You will be the first point of contact and therefore the face of the company, also responsible for hospitality focused administrative tasks like ordering catering, room bookings and other ad hoc requests. Most tasks require social, direct and correct communication with internal clients/colleagues.
Guest Welcome Experience
Capture eye contact with EVERY guest as soon as they walk through the door
Smile and stand to greet EVERY guest who approaches the Reception desk
Provide a welcoming, first class home from home feeling
Maintain a consistent hosting experience being personable, chatty and helpful.
Help guide our guests through the visitor management sign in process
Coordinate and order catering, room/event bookings and incidental requests.
Participate in company initiatives
Take on incidental administrative projects when needed
Feeling comfortable using new technology
Hospitality/Retail experience preferred but not essential.
Strong Customer service background in a fast paced environment
Intermediate-advanced IT skills.
High level of English in word and writing.
Passionate attitude towards customer service
Proactive and positive attitude
Team player & problem solver
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent multi-tasking, project management and organisational skills
Working hours: 40 hours a week.
