We are looking for a Guest Relations Manager
Who looks for extra ways to help guests throughout their stay and will suggest new processes or offerings for Guest Services
Who has excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
Who will listen and adapt to the needs of guests and team members
Who will work closely with leaders in other departments to keep operations running smoothly and to ensure our guest experience is coordinated and feels seamless
Who acts as a role model and whose passion for hospitality boosts the whole team
Who possess a good command of English and Dutch and has excellent communication skills

With previous experience as a Guest Relations Manager in a hotel
