    About the team
    As a growth marketer, you’ll be part of the paid & growth team within the marketing department. Our mission is to help Recruitee grow its customer base by conducting growth experiments across the marketing funnel. Within the team, we strongly believe that giving people autonomy and ownership of their projects and experiments leads to the best results. As a growth marketer, you’ll have a lot of freedom to come up with and carry out your experiments as you see fit.

    Your role
    As a growth marketer (DACH region), your main mission is to help Recruitee grow in the German-speaking market. You’ll be reporting to the Head of Growth and work closely with the Content, Product Marketing, and Creative teams. You are all about experimentation, execution, and getting things done. Taking ownership of projects, working with people from different disciplines, and using a variety of marketing tools are things that you are comfortable with.

    Your 12-month Journey
    The first 3 months you will spend focusing on learning everything about Recruitee: understand the product and the organization. You will be involved in all the growth sprints from day one and given the opportunity to come up with and carry out your first experiments. You’ll also be helping out the Head of Growth with all the German ads on our ad channels.

    After 6 months you will have taken responsibility and ownership of all German experiments and German Google ads campaigns. You’ll be teaming up with our German content marketer to get the best content for your experiments and campaigns.

    After 1 year you will own all the German ads on our platforms and expand on our Xing advertising efforts. You will be responsible for the KPIs and growth targets that we have set in the DACH region.

    What you’ll do:
    • Work through a Lean Growth process to systematically bring traditional and creative ideas to grow KPIs; (Gather ideas, Rank, Outline Experiments, Work and build, Study and learn).
    • Tracking, measuring, and analyzing all projects for future learnings and optimization.
    • Exchange ideas/data/feedback with the wider marketing team.
    • Creating, managing, and optimizing online ad campaigns on channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Xing ads.
    • Testing and scaling new paid channels.
    • Converting traffic through Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).

    What you’ll bring to Recruitee:
    • You are a German speaker and also fluent in English.
    • 2 years of experience in a growth marketing role.
    • An understanding of the nature of B2B (SaaS) marketing.
    • You know your way around the key online ad channels (Google ads, Linkedin ads, etc) and are keen to discover new ones.
    • You know how to write ad copy that encourages clicks and conversions.
    • You are autonomous. You don’t wait to be told what to do.
    • You are tech-savvy and love finding your way around new tools.
