With this, HR and more specifically Talent Intelligence, have a vital position in the organisation to be centre stage and to genuinely influence the strategy and business direction like never before and really be the function that decides whether many organisations thrive or struggle in the new work era.

    Talent Intelligence within Philips is an internationally based team that to date have impacted over 5Bn worth of decisions. This team is split between the Netherlands and India, with future geographic growth needed with global coverage.

    This role will see:

    • Expansion and growth of data science consulting division
    • Expansion and advancement of Executive Search research division
    • Continued development of the core Talent Intelligence division and its services
    • Development of an Always on Intelligence program team partnering with Global Marketing Intelligence to deliver competitor intelligence on an ongoing basis at scale
    • Continued partnership with cross functional teams at Philips including Strategy, M&A, Marketing and Commercial teams to influence business decisions

    You are responsible for

    • Own the Vision and Impact of the Talent Intelligence (T.I) organisation.
    • Continue to build the T.I. function and capability analysts, consultants, executive research and data science.
    • Global executive search research.
    • Talent Assessment and recommendations of: potential M&A targets, location strategy, competitor analysis, go to market analysis.
    • Reporting talent trends and competitor landscape to senior leaders.
    • Using market talent-based intelligence for commercial gain.
    • Advising the wider TA team of talent intelligence trends and news.
    • Talent Intelligence Wargaming and partnering cross functionally with Marketing, Competitive, Real Estate and Threat Intelligence teams globally.
    • Global ownership of all Talent Intelligence products around Intelligence Library, Knowledge Centre and global / regional communications.
    • Growing the Talent Intelligence skillset and mentality to all of Talent Acquisition

    You are a part of

    Critical Capability (R&D and Software) Talent Acquisition and Talent Intelligence, a specialist functional team dedicated to accelerating our digital transformation.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

    • Talent Intelligence, Research, Analytics and/or Data Science experience
    • Experience in highly matrixed organizations: understanding desired business outcomes, influence partner/client goals, and hold people accountable for deliverables without a formal reporting structure.
    • Experience crafting a vision and leading strategically, communicating to a multitude of partners globally.
    • Experience working across various levels of an organization.
    • Strategic vision; able to take a big picture view and design programs and initiatives that serve multiple cultures, businesses and nationalities.
    • Experience in leading a multinational organization
