This is a role within the Global Technology E-commerce & Digital Team based in Utrecht . It reports to the Global Technology CoE Manager – E-commerce & Digital . This team sits in the Global E-commerce team with a dotted line to Global Information Systems function.
We are end to end responsible for technologically enabling our Global eCommerce & Global Media & Digital functions. We are on a mission to be where consumers are and to be where our consumers shop. We work in close alignment with local markets, global departments and external selected partners.
Supporting the execution of projects within the department of E-Commerce and Digital
Implementing the practices surrounding documentation, communication, and metrics related to the projects/activities.
Supporting & Involvement of project related tasks and following up on project activities through completion.
Support reporting on project activities , progress , risks & decisions to executive management – so to keep project manager and executive managers to move forward toward execution of the project.
Engaging and collaborating with all stakeholders so to ensure project team connection & engagement.

To be successful in this role you need to:
Be an enthusiastic student with a matching educational marketing, media or business background. Preferably in the final phase of your Master’s education;
Have experience with project management reporting tool
Have a passion to work on eCommerce & Digital projects/activities
Be a team player with strong communication skills & analytical mindset;
Have the ability to communicate ( oral & written) in a very structured way
Show strong project management skills, organised, detail orientated and able to juggle multiple projects at the same time while being tight on deadlines;
Be fluent in English (both verbal and written).
The monthly internship allowance is € 500,- for a WO student, based on a fulltime 40 hour workweek. The internship starts in September for a period of 6 months.
