Global Service Manager, Supply Chain Assurance Services
Local Unit & Position Description:
In line with DNV’s position as a trusted voice to tackle global transformations, the DNV Supply Chain and Product Assurance division’s (SCPA) ambition is to shape the future of assurance through innovating, developing and growing assurance services in Digital, Supply Chain, Medical Technology & Healthcare and Offshore Aquaculture.
The Global Service Manager, Supply Chain Assurance Services will be a champion for quality and will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing the Supply Chain Assurance process framework and Quality Management within the Supply Chain & Product Assurance division. You will utilize your extensive domain knowledge and accomplished regulatory experience to ensure best practice and continuously look at ways to drive improvements across the organization.

Tasks may include:
Responsible for development and implementation of Supply Chain Assurance Services governance framework and Quality Management within SCPA Organization
Act as the interface with Clients (principles / brands) to ensure adequacy and compliance of technical components in our contracts and delivery according to the expectations (framework, protocols, scheme owner requirements and so on)
Manage and enhance the DNV’s recognitions, notifications and accreditations related to Supply Chain Assurance services, either through excellent direct relationship management with scheme owners, global brands and corporations, accreditation bodies and other stakeholders or by supporting the unit and our key contact responsible for such relationships
Develop and maintain policies and procedures in DMSP (DNV’s Management System for Supply Chain Assurance Services) to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and standards and ensure adequacy of instructions for specific programs developed by other responsible units and persons within our organization
Ensure adherence to the DNV Management System (DMS) principles
Structure the management system for easy access to procedures, guidelines and forms
Update DNV about changes of governing procedures, instructions, guidelines and forms
Support the development and maintenance of instructions, guidelines and forms
Perform trainings when needed and ensure effective continuous development programs for assessors and other functions either centrally or by the responsible units for customers and programs
Monitor news and updates from external scheme stakeholders (Scheme Owners, Global Brands, Corporations, APSCA, Regulators, Authorities, Accreditation Bodies, IAF, EA, CEOC, etc)
Planning, leading and reporting Management Review of the quality system
Ensure effective monitoring and review of performance in each scheme and program by supporting responsible units and persons in delivering according to the expectations within programs and schemes
Enable and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions in the Supply Chain Services
Ensure good cooperation and communication within Supply Chains Governance functions and in DNV
Process ownership for delivery processes associated with the relevant services
Demonstrated track record in the following areas:
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing supply chain management assessment schemes in the certification industry
Strongly familiar with a very wide range of schemes and services in social, ethical, environment, governance and more being used across the industry for assessment of suppliers to global brands and other large corporations in food, consumer goods, electronics, and other products
Knowledge of the scheme owners’ processes, bespoke frameworks of global brands and accreditation requirements in the supply chain assessment domain
Knowledge of relevant regulatory and statutory requirements for the schemes provided by DNV Supply Chains (and Product Assurance) Organization
Ability to lead, coach, mentor and develop others in the network
Holds self and others to high standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong understanding of quality management and governance processes
Good interpersonal, communication and internal and external stakeholder management skills with ability to drive and achieve results in an independent manner through functions, geographies and stakeholders
Extensive international exposure and knowledge with experience of working with teams from across the globe
