As a Global Sales AnalyticsManager, you will manage a team of Global analysts who create analytical products, strategies, and data visualizations for multiple stakeholders - from Sales Professionals to Executive Leadership – to drive Global sales productivity and revenue growth.
We are a highly collaborative and dynamic team within a growing Global sales organization that has a direct impact on the company’s fiscal success. You will manage the team as they build foundational tools, tackle exciting work, add tangible value to a fast-paced organization, and make an awesome team even better. You will build partnerships with other Sales Operations Managers and colleagues around the world in support of sales strategies and operational initiatives.
In this role:
You will lead, grow, and develop a team of data and business analysts and a PM.
You will manage teams’ work on our data analytics project portfolio.
You will partner with the business and communicate with key stakeholders about their analytical needs.
You will identify and implement strategies and efficiencies to enhance our customer’s experience.
You will continuously improve the processes.
You will collaborate with other departments to coordinate work and resolve issues.
You will contribute to the global vision of the Sales Analytics Strategy
What do you need tosucceed?
You have a strong technical background with a solid understanding of technologies from the database to the presentation tier (e.g. Snowflake, Einstein, SalesForce, Tableau)
You understand best data and IT practices.
You have strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into action.
You successfully managed teams and you understand the impact of a highly satisfied, excited crew.
You are as comfortable coaching and mentoring team members as you are talking about data architecture and exploring technical solutions to challenges.
You have excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
You love processes and have continuous improvement mindset. Certification in Lean Six Sigma will be an advantage.
You drive big results and can get things done in a highly matrixed and relationship-based organization.
You are great at collaboration - you're flexible, fearless, and excited to help build something great and share it with the world.
You have a strong work ethic and personal drive. You have superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks. You don't get overwhelmed easily.
You inherently have excellent customer service skills.
You are fluent in English and can hear English across multiple accents.
