    Job profile

    As Global Pricing Manager Feed Additives you are part of the Global Pricing team that plays a vital role in the sales & marketing of Feed Additives. Feed Additives are considered to be the “specialties” group within Trouw Nutrition and recognized by value-added products, concepts & services.

    Our Global Pricing team is part of the Feed Additives group. The Feed Additives group is within Trouw Nutrition an important, dynamic and highly international team of specialists running and supporting the sales & marketing of the Feed Additives portfolio globally.

    The most important task of the Global Pricing Manager is to safeguard & improve our Value-Based Pricing concepts throughout the wider global Trouw Nutrition organization. This includes (a.o.):

    • Advising and supporting in setting price ranges (recommended sales prices & floor prices) towards key FA Sales leaders in the local operating companies;
    • Defining Return-On-Investment calculations, monitoring competitor offering and other market developments (a.o raw materials, feed & animal live weight prices etc.);
    • Collecting and analyzing key market, industry and customer data; support management by bringing key insights to promote sound, data-driven decisions;
    • Taking the lead in preparing pricing proposals towards Global Key-Accounts;
    • Analyzing and reviewing price performance and sharing findings with recommendations to management;
    • Collaborating with different stakeholders in the wider TN Innovation department on projects related to new concepts and services.

    • We offer you a fulltime position, 40 hours per week based in Amersfoort;
    • Your position will be classified in a Hay scale;
    • 30 vacation days, with the possibility to sell or purchase a limited amount of days;

You are able to build bridges in a global matrix organisation. Besides that, your personality should be an excellent business partner, critical yet constructive co-worker and a persuasive colleague. You are analytical strong and able to transfer data into key information to make the right pricing proposals.

    What you bring

    • Master degree in finance, economics or general business administration;
    • At least 8 years’ relevant work experience in a commercial & multinational environment;
    • Strong business drive with proven track record in Value-Based pricing approach;
    • Fluent in English (writing and speaking) is mandatory, knowledge of other languages is considered a plus;
    • Strong affinity in working with ERP systems, Excel and business analysis tools.
