Within Danone Specialized Nutrition we believe that data driven decisions are the foundation of sustainable business growth. The global SN Digital - Data Team is at the heart of enabling this for the organization by ensuring all topline and touchpoint data is properly managed and can flow freely to support key business processes and decisions. We work closely together with the global SN Digital teams to drive seamless connected journeys with both consumers, patients and Health Care Professionals. And we bring key analytical capabilities like predictive and prescriptive analytics to uncover revenue opportunities.
About the Job
In this role you will:
Support global SN Digital teams with KPIs(frameworks), reports/dashboards & analyses to track progress in 3 key data business areas: marketing ROI analytics, digital/omnichannel analytics & Consumer/HCP analytics
Educate Danone SN local markets on how to leverage analytics to drive value & support in building market capabilities in the abovementioned 3 key business areas
Be actively involved in key global data & analytics projects and you will strongly collaborate with various internal and external partners such as global SN departments, local markets, central IT & agencies.
Be the go-to person & advisor in the global SN Digital - Data team for all matters related to digital marketing data & analytics
Proven working experience (3+ years) in the field of digital (channel) analytics, marketing ROI analytics, consumer (journey) analytics
Ability to relay analytical insights to (senior) business stakeholders with various levels of data & analytics knowledge
Experience in producing reports & analysis from (digital) data sources, including Google Analytics, campaign management, social insights, and other solutions
Experience working with data visualization and analytical software & tools
Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactively
Curiosity, creativity, and passion for surfacing real-world trends in media, marketing, technology, and consumer behavior and the curiosity and passion to keep up with macro news and trends.
