As our global L&D Manager you will drive changes in technology & digital ecosystems to foster further Multi-Channel Engagement transformation. You will monitor competency gap analysis, identify collective learning needs and develop Global Learning Strategy. You will also build learning maps and learning solutions to equip teams with the right set of MCE & Digital skills and deliver all relevant programs within a budget frame.
You will engage advancing our people and by doing so directly contribute to the growth of our transforming businesses. You will be the expert who will transform the knowledge & competencies of the teams in order to drive commercial effectiveness. Next to that you will co-develop a learning organization and build capabilities that will facilitate sustainable learning and:
Facilitate and support global delivery of training courses;
Create an overall vision and roadmap for HCN & Channels Learning & Development, in close and effective cooperation with the other members of the Capability team and Business Leaders;
Conduct development needs analysis and provide consultancy service to identify needs and recommend learning solutions for the business;
Critically review the current portfolio of learning and development programs against the organization's needs and amend where necessary;
Lead creating learning offers in your scope (both e-learning courses and virtual/F2F workshops): the scope will be shared with your L&D counter partner;
Manage learning design for learning offers (including all supportive training materials), using proper design standards and expertise;
Be responsible for the local implementation key global learning offers in your region
Manage the logistics of training sessions & track learning KPIs;
Conduct research and provide recommendations on improving the effectiveness of the trainings for enhancing the organizational performance;
Build strong relationships with key Global & Local business stakeholders in all aspects of learning and talent development and be a Sparring partner for them within your scope;
Build and maintain strong relationships with Global L&D (Danone Academy) and Local L&D communities;
Be a regional L&D SPOC for local stakeholders for all available Global Capability offers;
Maintain relationships with vendors and external consultants.
This position is till end 2022 and we will offer 1 year contract.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Nutrition Field Force as Medical/Sales Representative/First Line Manager OR MCE Specialist/Manager or Learning & Development within a sales function
Minimum 1+ years’ experience in designing, implementing and evaluating deployment of (HCN) Sales or MCE functional learning solutions
Experience in or understanding of Healthcare Nutrition, Pharmacy or MCE (Multi Channel Engagement) environment
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HealthCare Nutrition, Pharmacy, Human Resources or a related field
Ability to navigate independently and to influence in a cross-functional, Global-Local environment
Comfortable acting as a challenger to the business to find the best solutions to achieve learning needs
Strong Ability to manage/communicate to different level of stakeholders
Strong project management and collaborative skills required
Ability to demonstrate confidence, care and courage in learning decisions
Self-starter; adaptable to change; motivated and engaging
