    Job Description

    In your role as Global FP&A Reporting & Analysis Manager you will cooperate with the Global FP&A Director to drive financial performance of the company by making recommendations to optimize (financial) business performance. You will be a part of the Global FP&A Management team. The objective of this team is manage financial delivery of the company by conducting thorough analysis and making recommendations and ensures that business decisions are grounded in sound financial analysis which includes providing support throughout the company with regards to performance reviews, reporting, annual operating plan (budget) development and forecasting.

    As a Global FP&A Reporting &Analysis Manager you will be the ‘right-hand’ of the Global FP&A & Strategy Control Director. This includes providing support in-depth commercial and supply chain business analysis ( market, marketing, sales, supply and operations) on both organic business development as well as in innovation. You are the linking pin between strategic financial planning, corporate finance and the various local finance functions.

    This role reports directly to Global FP&A Director.

    As the Global FP&A Reporting & Analysis Manager you will:

    • Execute KPI analysis including revenue, cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditures, working capital, cash and debt
    • Provide proposals on actions and recommendations to senior management as well as support execution of plans and assist through providing insights into risk and opportunities
    • Support internal (Exco, Board, regional management) as well as external messaging on business performance through presentations, press release and annual report
    • Advice on allocation of resources to areas where value can be created, supporting strategic and commercial operations
    • Execute periodic financial analysis and forecasts while supervising data models and technical analysis on business results, market data, budgets and rolling forecasts.
    • Responsible for the annual operating plan and advice on target setting in context of the overall companies objective and ambition.
    • Initiate critical ad hoc analysis on business issues and proactively look into Liaison with Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Investor Relations team for Reporting packages.
    • Perform controls, compliance and risk management on behalf of Global FP&A team.
    • Manage and lead a team of analysts. Carry onboarding, training and development of associates.
    • Review deliverables and ensure quality outputs for further distribution to various stakeholders.
    • Continuously coach junior members to develop a strong talent pipeline


    To be successful in this role you will need:

    • Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience ( preferably in similar FP&A/ analysis roles)
    • Strongly analytical and experienced business modelling (financial and non-financial)
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills ( especially within Excel and Power Point)
    • Previous experience with People Management
    • Solid understanding of (commercial) business acumen
    • Master’s degree in BA/Finance/Accounting or Auditing
